Branding: The Hard Headed Approach

Yep.....I'm one of those people. I'm hard headed. I always seem to learn things the longest, hardest, and most complicated way possible. I didn't choose the hard life, the hard life chose me. I joke, I kid, but in all seriousness Branding is a big deal. And for me I feel like I've gone full circle and finally I realize what my brand stands for!

Evon Von is your hub for all things creative, girly and nerdy

That's it. Short, sweet, and simple. It's not too broad, but not too specific either, and I love that. After starting (and deleting) three different blogs, crafting to my hearts content, and snapping pictures with my camera, I have finally figured out my alignment. Because it is so difficult for me to choose and stick with one niche, I had a really hard time figuring out how to make it simple, but not have to stick with one particular thing. I blame mental health for that, but that's an article for a different day.

Through a long and painstaking trial and effort I discovered what kinds of things I like to make. I know what I'm capable of doing right now and I am comfortable with that. This doesn't mean I wont ever expand. I actually plan to try my hand at creating all sorts of things! But not right now. I know my limits and I've got enough on my plate for now.

As a woman, things like hair & skin care, fashion and beauty are all extremely important to me. I want to continue to provide information and tips for the ladies out there so this I had a fairly solid understanding of what I wanted to share.

I was born in the early 80's. I rep my nerdiness with the utmost pride! I love gaming, comics and 80's and 90's memorabilia. I know I'm not the only one so I want to share this with everyone. I love the nostalgia associated with 80's and 90's music, movies, games and cartoons!

Sometimes it takes a long time to find business self. Don't give up, keep trying and you can find your "ah ha" moment!!!

I've been thinking long and hard about my goals for the new year. In the past, I've tried so many different approaches, one ...
