Live Streaming Plants Vs Zombies 2 Garden Warfare

Nerdy Curve Blog | Twitch Live Stream

I mentioned previously about my very first Twitch live stream, I wanted to share it with you guys over here! My kiddo and I played Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare 2. And we decided it would be a lot of fun to dress up as Kidpool and Lady Deadpool while we did it! I have to admit that it was most definitely fun being in costume while playing. But holding the controller is a bit difficult with slinky spandex slipping off the keys! Our broadcast was about an hour and a half (a bit longer than anticipated, but it was all in good fun), and not only did Twitch broadcast it live, it saved it to my Twitch profile for later viewing. There's even a bonus, being able to upload directly from Twitch to my YouTube Channel! That saved me so much time, I couldn't have been happier with how things went. Below is the video of my last broadcast. It's an hour and thirty minutes roughly, and I don't anticipate you guys sitting through the whole thing. My first official gaming broadcast went over well and I'm excited for the next one. In addition to broadcasting myself gaming, I also intend on utilizing Twitch's Creative outlet. I have Cosplay related things that I need to start working on, and I think that broadcasting myself doing them would be fun! It would also allow me to get some great feedback and input from other cosplayers who chose to watch me. And of course your feedback and input as well!

I do know that the screen is a bit hazy both on the game as well as the camera. This will be rectified by being hard wired into the Internet rather than going wireless as was done above.

Aside from that very obvious improvement, what other suggestions can you give me? I was pretty nervous to be online live so any input you can give me to help calm me down or be more confident I'm all ears!

lotsa love to ya!
